Welcome to the Lyceum app ("the App"), provided by Lyceum Village SPC ("Lyceum Village," "we," "us," or "our"). The App is offered free of charge to our existing Lyceum Village customers. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided to support your experience as a Lyceum Village customer. You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYCEUM VILLAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and data at any time -- directly within the App (My Account > Delete My Account) or by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

5. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or these Terms, at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
