Delete your TheVillage.AI account

In the app (fastest): open TheVillage.AI, go to your Account tab, scroll to the bottom, tap "Delete My Account", and confirm.

By email: if you can't use the app, email news@lyceumvillage.org from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". For a child's account, a parent or guardian can request it. We will confirm by email once it is done; we aim to process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted: your sign-in session; onboarding, personality and coaching-style results; video clips and friend-invite sheets in your Google Drive; calendar events the app created; and data stored on your device.

What is anonymized rather than deleted: shared history other members rely on (coins, goals, rewards, relationships, challenges, judging logs). It stays but is no longer linked to you.

What we do not control: your gym membership and billing record with Lyceum is held by the club, outside this app; contact the club to change it.
